| With the decline in car sales and net profit,the pressure of auto manufacturers,pursuing benefits and reducing the costs,must be released to the automotive industry chain logistics.The auto parts supply logistics and recycling logistics is the most important part of the automobile industry chain optimization,which is a hot spot of domestic and foreign experts’ research.However,the auto parts supply logistics and recycling logistics are separated for a long time,often appear a variety of parallel logistics business to carry out.Causing logistics resource allocation and waste,restricts the healthy development of automobile industry.Therefore,this paper discusses a new logistics module,which expands the recycling logistics to basic supply logistics network.In this paper,based on summarizing the auto parts logistics mode mature at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional supply logistics and recycling logistics,points out that two-way logistics mode is a new direction of auto parts logistics.By redesigning the original supply logistics process,it pointed out that the key lies in the two-way logistics is scheduling delivery path.A scientific and reasonable path optimization scheme can effectively control the small batch,batch logistics cost.In this paper,the optimization problem of the bidirectional logistics of automotive components is abstracted as the VPRSPDTW model.Compared to the traditional path optimization model,this model can increase the demand and time window constraints,which is more close to the practical application.Then,this paper designs a hybrid genetic tabu simulated annealing algorithm to solve the problem.And a comparative analysis from the following two aspects: first,through the comparison with tabu search algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,analysis the performance optimization of different algorithm,it points out hybrid genetic tabu simulated annealing algorithm has obvious advantages in the use of the number of vehicles,delivery distance optimization;second,by contrasting different logistics strategy,it points out that two-way logistics mode in reducing logistics costs and improve logistics resource utilization effect is outstanding.As a result,the validity and the scientific nature of the algorithm and the model are verified. |
