Research On The Influence Of Information Economy On Industrial Structure Transformation And Upgrading In China

With the Internet of Things,large data,cloud computing and other information technology rapid development,it gradually formed the information technology as the means,new information industry as the core of the information economy.The development of information economy is greatly important to the promotion of economic structural reform and industrial structure transformation and upgrading.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2014,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of information economy and industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and uses the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive index level of information economy and industrial structure transformation and upgrading in 31 provinces and cities.Next,Based on panel level unit root test,panel cointegration analysis,Bayesian Hidden Markov Model,PVAR model and impulse response model,this paper discusses the mechanism of the information economy on industrial structure transformation and upgrading,and then uses Driving force model and path analysis model respectively to explore the information economy and industrial structure transformation and upgrading of their internal path of influence and information economy on the industrial structure transformation and upgrading of external influence path.The results show that: firstly,the information economy and industrial structure transformation and upgrading of various provinces and cities all maintain rapid development,and the overall level of information economy and industrial structure index is the highest in the coastal economic development zone and the lowest in the western region.Secondly,the panel unit root test and co-integration test shows that the information economy and industrial restructuring and upgrading of long-term stable relationship.Based on the Hidden Markov Model and the Monte Carlo simulation,we can see that the heterogeneity coefficient is 0.02,and the short-term fluctuation of the information economy will go through three cycles of the industrial structure will deviate from the return to equilibrium.Thirdly,from PVAR model and impulse response analysis,we can see that the continuous development of information economy and industrial structure transformation and upgrading mainly comes from its internal promotion and mutual influence.Finally,through the driving force model and the path analysis model,we can see that the dimensions of infrastructure,information consumption,information industry,knowledge support and development benefit allpromote the information economy,and the industrial structure rationalization,high degree,high efficiency and sustainable of industrial restructuring and upgrading are also played a catalytic role.Information consumption is similar to the catalyst,and always plays an indirect role in the path of information economy to the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Infrastructure has a direct impact on the rationalization of industrial structure and the heightening of industrial structure,and the improvement of infrastructure can effectively promote the industrial structure Rationalization,the development of information industry on the industrial structure of high degree of industrial structure and high efficiency have a certain role in the constraints.The knowledge support has played a direct role in enhancing the industrial structure and the industrial structure.The development benefit has a direct promotion effect on the industrial structure heightening,the industrial structure high efficiency and the industrial structure sustainable,and the influence coefficient is relatively high.
