Optimization Research On Industrial Structure Based On Low Carbon Economy,Case Study In Zhejiana Province

Currently, the global wanning caused by greenhouse gas emissions is a huge impact on human society, low-carbon economy has become the consensus of all countries. Low-carbon economy is a economic developing model that through institutional arrangements, policy incentives and constraints, to reduce carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions and to increase the proportion of energy consumption to the pursuit of higher energy efficiency. Research and practice show that energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions have a close relationship with the industrial structure, the same scale economic with different industrial structure, the carbon emissions may vary significantly. Therefore, the industrial structure optimization has become a core issue in the development of low-carbon economy, industrial structure optimization is through industrial restructuring, and gradually increase the level of efficiency of the industrial structure and industrial structure, promoting the process of industrial structure rationalization and sophistication.As China is in a critical period of industrialization and modernization, the study combined industrial structure optimization with low-carbon economy is of great significance. But at this stage the domestic industrial structure studies are mostly about the characteristics of the industrial structure and industrial structure optimization, the combination is very special. Taking into account this problem, this article will use this as a starting point to study the optimization of the industrial structure of Zhejiang Province, which is based on low-carbon economy.This paper will use literature analysis and survey methods to study on the optimization of the industrial structure under the eyes of low-carbon economy. Secondly, the paper will definite and establish the evaluation system of domestic industrial structure optimization based on low-carbon economy.
