Environmental issues have always been the focus of the world,and the corporate environmental strategy has been widespread concerned by the academic community.The corporate environmental strategy aims to bring environmental protection into the strategic planning and business decision-making of the enterprise.Only selecting the appropriate environmental strategic plan,can it better guides the corporate business activities.Throughout the current academic research status,the study of cor porate environmental strategy is not in-depth,and a little weak in the strategic program selection and decision-making program.Therefore,this paper starts from the analysis of influencing factors,and combines the interpretative structural modeling(ISM)and analytic network process(ANP).Using theoretical analysis,system literature review,the model analysis,model construction and the case study method to study the decision model construction and application.First of all,through the combing and analyzing of the relevant literature,puting forward the main problem to be solved in this paper,namely,constructing the evaluation index and decision model of the corporate environmental strategy,and defines the concept and content of the corporate environmental strategy.Form multiple perspectives laies the theoretical foundation of the model,such as the stakeholder perspective,competitive advantage acquisition perspective and institutional theory perspective.Secondly,based on the systematic literature review method,thirty-one target documents were obtained by secondary screening,and twelve influencing factors were summarized which have been divided into three dimensions of external restriction,business opportunity and organizational characteristics as the factor index system of decision model.Furthermore,choosing ANP as the basis decision model and introduction of ISM to optimize it,so that the analysis of factors between the network relationship can be more accurate.Based on the questionnaire survey,a panel of expert are set up to research on the all influential factors through pairwise comparison,with the Super Decision software to calculate the weight of each factor,as well as the overall priority of the alternatives.Finally,choose a business as a case study,by putting the specific data into the model and ayalysising the results to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model.Through the above research,the main research results and conclusions of this paper can be summarized as the following three points.First,based on the systematic literature review method,twelve influencing factors of environmental strategy were obtained,and the influencing factors index system which influenced the implementation of corporate environmental strategy was constructed.Secondly,the strategic decision model of corporate environmental strategy based on ISM and ANP is proposed,which provides a quantitative decision tool for decision makers.Thirdly,the introduction of specific enterprises to carry out case analysis verifies the feasibility of the model.
