Research On The Development Of Rural Elderly Care Institutions In Pingyu County, Henan Provinc

Facing the elderly population is so large,pension problems,the daily life of the elderly need more attention,in order to cope with the increase of aging population,let old people enjoy life better,all kinds of endowment institutions arises at the historic moment,pension institutions for the elderly a contented life,recreation,designed specifically for old-age people place to live,It can meet the various needs of the elderly and help them spend their old age better.And the development of the endowment agencies also has many places need optimization,especially the development of rural endowment agencies have to need more constant optimization,rural pension institutions in China started late,though got great development,but compared with the development of the urban pension institutions,it still needs a lot of optimization,only in this way they can better promote the development of rural endowment institutions.This paper studies the current situation of rural pension institutions in Pingyu County,Henan Province,and comprehensively analyzes the development of rural pension undertakings through the relevant situation of the rural elderly population in Pingyu County and the elderly population’s views on rural pension institutions and their willingness to stay in pension institutions.By introducing social embedding theory,welfare pluralism theory,new public management theory and other related theories,and using logistic regression analysis to analyze rural pension institutions,the development direction of rural pension institutions is studied.Then respectively to the rural pension institutions two aspects of demand and the supply of rural old-age institutions were analyzed,and through the field investigation,questionnaire and interview,combining with the old think of rural old-age institutions related to the analysis of China’s rural endowment agencies in infrastructure,investment funds,institutional management,professional care deficiencies;Then through the analysis of government support,pension institutions industry operation,evaluation and supervision mechanism,institutional management and other aspects to find the relevant factors affecting the development of China’s pension institutions;Finally,we will promote the high-quality development of rural pension institutions in China from the aspects of strengthening government support,perfecting market industry norms,innovating system reform,strict funding guarantee and strengthening team construction.
