The Research Of Operational Mode Of Taiyuan Y Nursing Home

China's population aging is increasing,the pension problem has become one of the big challenge for our government and the society.Importantly,this study emphasizes that there is need to deepen the construction of the old-age security system in China by developing a new mode of operation of the nursing home and improving its operational performance,This will contribute to effectively alleviating the problem of the old-age security.Based on the theory of old-age security,pension demand and old-age employment model,this paper takes the Y nursing home of non-public pension service institution in Taiyuan as the research object,and constructs the "institution + community + home" model as the main research problem,Field research,empirical research,PEST and SWOT and other methods were used to carry out systematic research,the key contents include: First,through field research,literature review,comparative analysis and other methods of Taiyuan City Y nursing home business situation.An objective analysis of the system was undertaken to determine its current stage The existing internal and external problems in the operation;the second is the use of Strength,Opportunity,Weakness and Threath(SOWT)analysis of Taiyuan Y nursing home.In its current operating environment,there is the need for a systematic study,clear its operation and development of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats;Third,relying on the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward the optimization principle of the operation mode,and designs and constructs the operation mode of "institution + community + home" under the combination of health care in Taiyuan Y nursing home.Fourth,for the implementation of the business model,the paper recommends a series of measures to promote the construction of the system.The construction of Taiyuan Y nursing home business model is an important part of this study,the difficulty lies in the Taiyuan Y nursing home operations,finance,personnel and other first-hand information and data collection,may be innovative lies in the application of strategic management theory,A Case Study of "Institution + Community + Home" Old-age Operation Mode and Related Countermeasures in Taiyuan Y 's Nursing Home.This paper mainly designs the new mode of operation of Y nursing home in Taiyuan city,recommends the safeguard measures such as optimizing the salary system,increasing the diversified service,establishing the propaganda platform of the old-age service,improving the professional quality of the old-age nursing staff and cultivating the good culture,Nursing home and pension service industry to provide a healthy and sustainable development of a reference.
