During industrial production activities, industrial accidents will be multiply affected by production equipment, operations staff, management systems and external factors. The risk of industrial accidents is due to the no properly handled dangerous points, which result in serious consequences. Now our country is trying to improve the industrial management level, and to promote lean production system,in order to ensure the reliability of industrial systems and the safety of staff, the industrial risk management system needs to be researched and practiced.Under the guidance of Six Sigma management system, the paper proposes the security value model and a transmission chain based on the value of the enterprise security needs. The transmission chain is formed by three parts: Security needs, engineering characteristics and related solutions. The model points out the direction for the comprehensive enterprise risk assessment.Based on Preliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA)and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA),a comprehensive enterprise risk assessment method is proposed in the paper.Taking into account the complexity of industrial activities, this approach starts from the analysis of the enterprise production system, and then excavates the critical danger points, analyses the correlation between the safety requirements and engineering characteristics with the method of Quality Function Deployment(QFD),ends up with the system failure mode analysis and measure for improvement. Finally,an example of crane in the construction activities is presented to show the application and effectiveness of this method.
