| Economic globalization and investment liberalization result in more and more severe volatility in financial market and more and more losses caused by risks.As an important financial investment market,futures trading market adopts margin system,two-way trading system and “T+0” trading mode and needs only a little amount of capital for bulk commodity trading with extremely powerful “financial leverage effect”.Futures trading brings not only amplified return on investment but also amplified investment risks.Therefore,how to effectively control risks in futures trading becomes one of the crucial problems faced in futures trading process.Risks existing in futures trading are identified in this paper,namely,risks that might exist in futures trading process are identified through the analysis of both futures trading and futures trading process.Besides,preliminary hazard analysis and risk matrix in safety engineering are introduced into futures trading in this paper and the organic combination between the two methods and futures trading realizes the splitting of futures trading process so as to extract risk factors in each link.Further more,score risk factor of each item based on its likelihood and severity,adopt the matrix method to multiply scores of two items so as to obtain the score of the risk factor,make risk assessment table,and finish the quantitative assessment of risks in futures trading according to risk rating obtained from the risk assessment table.Apply this assessment method to the actual futures trading process in ZG investment company,extract risk factors existing in all links in futures trading process in ZG company through monitoring and analyzing the company's futures trading,and analyze intraday risk distribution in ZG company and risk distribution in all links in trading process so as to explore problems related to risks generated in futures trading process in ZG company.Besides,several measures for improvement have also been proposed in this paper. |
