Real-Estate Project Fund Management Performance Appraisal

Real-Estate industry is the foundation industry of the national economy.It plays an important role in the process of economic high speed development.For the past few years,the government has put forward a sense of macro-control measures(financial policy,land policy etc.)to standardize the development of real-estate industry.RealEstate enterprise need improve the sense of management consciousness,utilizing funds rational,controlling the funding risk.Taking the measure that funds management as the core management to prevent the grim economic competition.This thesis analyzes the research status of construction management and funds management.It also indicates the necessity of the real estate project funds management through reviewing the literature research.Reviews indicate a reality that most researches about Real-Estate industry focus on enterprise finance management,research of Real-Estate project funds management still lacks.Theory about performance management and balanced score card is introduced in this thesis to explain the applicability of balanced score card in setting up the index system of performance evaluation of real estate project funds management.This thesis sets up a general index system of performance appraisal of real estate project funds management based on the theory of balanced score card.Under this system,this thesis establishes a fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model to evaluate the performance of real-estate project funds management.Finally,under the theory system of balanced score card and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,taking the example of TS real-estate project to explain the procedure of performance evaluation.
