Using the PPP in the senior housing real estate can not only solve a serious of problem but also can share the benefits and joint the risks.But mostly of the researchers study about the risks but not the solution to the benefit allocation of the senior housing real estate.That makes the private capital still take a wait-and-see attitude to the senior housing real estate by PPP.A fair solution to the benefit allocation can not only promote the whole profit of the project,but also can improve the motivation of the participants.In order to research the solution to the benefit allocation,thesis will analyze the current situation of solution to the benefit allocation in the senior housing real estate by PPP firstly.By reading the literature,thesis summarizes the influence factors of the solution to the benefit allocation.And using the questionnaire survey and the interview,thesis classified the main factors which are the condition that needs to be considered.And then the paper points out that which the best solution to the benefit allocation by analyzing the advantage and the disadvantage of the allocation.Thesis chooses to build a mode by using Shapley.Considering the main factors that make influence to the benefit allocation of senior housing real estate,thesis modified the mode of Shapley by AHP and entropy method.Finally the paper proves the feasibility of the mode and compares it with the former mode.
