Research On The Driving Factors And Performance Of Technology Innovation In Mobile Phone Enterprises

With the advance of "public entrepreneurship,public innovation",China has began to innovation as the driving force,and put forward new ideas for the development,To encourage the development of new industries,Chinese regard innovation as a concept of development,Chinese began to force the development of intelligent manufacturing,and gradually build industrial system information and network.In the development of mobile Internet,the innovation driven strategy under the leadership of enterprises to carry out technological innovation,but how to innovate,what are the driving factors of technological innovation,how to make the success of enterprise innovation,this study will use the mobile phone technology innovation enterprises based on technological innovation of enterprises and the driving factors of the enterprise performance of technological innovation,innovation and development in order to provide practical guidance for enterprises.To solve the above problems,this paper through the analysis of the mobile phone enterprise technology innovation success experience,and comprehensive research scholars at home and abroad,the research driven factors extracted from the inside,the conceptual model is established in this paper,the driving factors of enterprise technology innovation is divided into three categories,namely environmental driving factors,driving factors and driving technology research and development management factor.The two dimensions of environmental driving factors include market environment factors and social environment factors,research driven factors include two dimensions of investment in research and development,management of driving factors in three dimensions including entrepreneurship,teamwork and manufacturing capability,these factors will influence the technological innovation performance of enterprises.And there is a certain relationship between the factors,R & D drive in environmental drivers and technological innovation performance between the intermediary role.Environmental factors are often affected by the R & D of enterprises,and then to the enterprise’s technological innovation performance impact.Through a large number of documents,the establishment of driving factors index system of technology innovation,and carries on the empirical analysis,according to the recovery ofthe questionnaire are as follows: on the one hand,environmental driving factors have a significant positive effect on technological innovation performance,the degree of competition in the market environment,the government policy for enterprise’s technological innovation can promote.Furthermore,the research and development drivers have a significant positive impact on the performance of technology innovation,that is,the investment of technology research and development and its own R & D capabilities have a positive impact on technological innovation.Finally,the management of driving factors have a significant positive effect on technological innovation performance,the internal management of enterprises,entrepreneurship and business team of technology has significant positive effects,but from the innovation,impact on manufacturing capability of technology innovation is not significant.Research and driving factors in environmental driving plays an intermediary role between the factors and technological innovation performance,research driven factors become the driving factors between the environment and technological innovation performance,internal driving factors and external driving factors together,they are not independent influence on technological innovation,but the existence of internal relations.
