Equity incentives are the category of option incentives,a long-term incentive for companies to motivate and retain core talent.This long-term incentive mechanism is to use conditional giving managers some shareholders rights and interests,make the operator incentive object and form a community of interests,with the company for incentive object from operators to owner.Then with the identity of the owner to participate in the company management decision-making,together with the company share the profits and risks,so as to propel the operator in order to improve the company's performance and to work harder,further to reach the company's long-term development goals and achieve equity wealth maximization.The rapid development of market economy in our country and the market environment increasingly standardize and increasingly perfect legal environment,made it possible to implement equity incentive in our country the company,has attracted more and more listed companies try to start to launch equity incentive plan.However,the development of equity incentive in China time is too short,the imperfection of the related systems,legal environment also needs to improve,making many companies after the implementation of equity incentive in the company's performance did not improve.Some companies don't know what incentives they should adopt,where the stock comes from,and the proportion of incentives that make it hard to get a good incentive.Domestic academic circles at present research on the equity incentive system,mostly statistics with large sample data of Chinese listed companies to empirical research,the research for the application of the listed company equity incentive in our country provides solutions to common problems,standing on the previous scholars on the basis of empirical research,can be personalized to select specific case analysis,proposed relevant conclusions was drawn through the concrete analysis,provides solutions to their individual problems.The comprehensive consideration,this article decided to choose the top of the pillar industries in our country real estate industry-poly real estate for case study,according to the operation mechanism of equity incentive and the related theoretical basis,selecting the typical financial index to establish the company's performance evaluation standard,from the profit ability,operation ability,long-term development ability,improve financing short-sighted,expanding market share in five aspects of the effect of poly real estate for longitudinal analysis.In addition,this article USES the real estate industry has not implement equity incentive and the implementation of equity incentive of a-share listed companies of the relevant financial data,calculate the average and lateral comparison with poly real estate,equity incentive effects of the poly real estate for A more comprehensive analysis and evaluation,finally summarized the poly real estate on the equity incentive plan formulation and management of the main problems existed in the relevant improvement Suggestions are put forward.Analysis results show:poly real estate after the implementation of equity incentive schemes,the profit ability,operation ability,long-term development ability and expand market share four aspects are improved.
