Research On Land Productive Potential Based On Cultivated Land Quality Evaluation In Keshan County

Abstract/Summary:
Food security is a fundamental policy to safeguard the country’s long-term stability.Cultivated land is the basis for ensuring grain production and is an irreplaceable resource for sustainable development.With the acceleration of the urbanization proceeding,the scarcity of cultivated land resources,the limited nature of the irreplaceable are becoming more and more prominent.By tapping the potential productivity of cultivated land and improving the quality of cultivated land to improve the grain production capacity is an important measure for China’s grain security strategy.In recent years,the state has made great efforts to promote the work of land consolidation in order to improve the quality of cultivated land.In this paper,the potential productivity of cultivated land and the division of potential grading areas are based on the evaluation of cultivated land quality.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the productivity of cultivated land and put forward some suggestions on Keshan’s land regulation for main factors.In order to improve the cultivated land quality and grain productivity,to ensure food security and promote the healthy development of modern agriculture and ensure the sustainable utilization of land resources.On the basis of literature reading,according to the theory of man-land relationship,optimal allocation of land resources,the sustainable utilization of land resources and natural resources value,the evaluation index of cultivated land quality was constructed and cultivated land comprehensive quality was evaluated.According to the quality to measure the cultivated land production capacity and its upgrading potential,and divide the potential area of cultivated land improvement.Based on the analysis of the main factors that affect the quality of cultivated land in different potential areas,the paper puts forward some suggestions on land consolidation.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Natural quality evaluation of cultivated land.This paper choose massif as the evaluation unit and selects 13 indexes from four aspects of site endowment of cultivated land,agricultural infrastructure,ecological environment,scale of the massif,using comprehensive index model to calculate the score of cultivated land quality.The evaluation score is from 61.07 to 91.17,using ARCGIS natural break point method to divided cultivated land quality into high,medium and low three level.High score cultivated land area for 74787.92hm2,accounting for the county 31.57%of cultivated land area,mainly distributed in Keshan farm,Xijian,Xicheng countries.Medium score cultivated land area for 115034.71hm2,accounting for the county 48.56%,mainly distributed in Beixing,Fazhan,Hebei,Xianghua,Gubei countries;Low score cultivated land area for 47075hm2,accounting for the county 19.87%,mainly distributed in Shuanghua,Henan,Keshan and so on.The quality of cultivated land is high in the West and low in the East.(2)Calculation and zoning of cultivated land productivity potential.Township as evaluation unit,based on the index of light-temperature production potential model to turn cultivated land quality evaluation result into farmland grading index,established by regression analysis can achieve production capacity,and then calculate the township land to enhance the yield potential and potential productivity index.The regression analysis was used to establish the relationship between production capacity and the potential productivity of cultivated land and then estimates the potential productivity of cultivated land and its index.The largest increase in the yield of arable land in the county is the Xilian county,enhancing the potential for 3293.21 kg/hm2,the smallest is Keshan town,enhancing the potential for 1795.76kg/hm2.The potential of the county is divided into two areas.The cultivated land production potential index in the high area is from 31.07%to 34.09%,including Keshan farm,Xilian,Xicheng,Xijian,Hebei,Gubei,Henan 7 countries and the cultivated land production potential index in the low area is from 22.65%to 28.77%,including Shuguang,Beilian,Xianghua,Xihe,Fazhan,Shuanghe,Beixing,Guchen,Keshan countries.(3)Based on the four quadrant method to establish the relationship between the quality and potential of arable land,to divide the quality potential of different cultivated land areas,and to analyze the main factors that affect the productivity of cultivated land,so as to propose the way of land improvement.High quality and high potential area’s agricultural acreage is 44577.58hm2.This area accounts for 18.82%of the county’s total cultivated land.From the perspective of the county,this area is the best of cultivated land,and is the core of the future protection of cultivated land and key areas of high standard farmland construction.On the one hand,the protection of cultivated land should be increased.On the other hand,the comprehensive control of soil erosion area should be carried out at the same time.High quality low potential area’s agricultural acreage is 30210.35hm2,accounting for 12.75%of the total cultivated area,mainly distributed in the Beilian town west,Xianghua country south and north,Xihe country south and Shunaghe country west and so on.The improvement of cultivated land potential in this area is mainly affected by the thickness of soil layer and soil and water loss.In the future,we should strengthen the protection of black soil and strengthen the comprehensive control of soil and water.Medium quality and high potential area’s agricultural acreage is 37186.83hm2.This area accounts for 15.70%of the county’s total cultivated land,mainly distributed in the Gubei country and Henan country.The cultivated land in this area is mainly affected by the infrastructure conditions,and can also be used as the key area of high standard farmland construction in the future by infrastructure construction.Medium quality and low potential area’s agricultural acreage is 77847.88hm2.This area accounts for 32.86%of the county’s total cultivated land,throughout the entire northern and southern parts of Keshan County.The west Fazhan country is the main distribution area of low quality and potential cultivated land.The area is mainly affected by topography and water resources,in the process of land consolidation in the future to protect the ability to strengthen the ecological construction.Low quality and high potential are and Low quality and low potential area’s agricultural acreage is 17953.94hm2 and 29121.06hm2.This area accounts for 7.58%and 12.29%of the county’s total cultivated land,mainly distributed around the Hebei country north and Henan country north’s wuyue river and Xianghua country Shuanghe country’s eastern area.Both of these two potential areas are in poor condition,such as site conditions,infrastructure conditions and so on.On the one hand,it is necessary to convert cultivated land to forest and grassland,on the other hand,we should strengthen the protection of ecological environment of the whole area.Through the comprehensive analysis of cultivated land quality and potential areas,it can effectively promote the protection of cultivated land quality.The study provides a reference for the food comprehensive production capacity of the regional,promoting the construction of high standard farmland and the comprehensive measures of protection and land consolidation.
