Performance Evaluation And Contribution Analysis Of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives Helping Farmers Increase Income

There are less people but more land in Heilongjiang Province,arable land area of 15.864 million hectares,ranking first in the country.Under the system of rural household contract management,the small-scale and decentralized management of ordinary farmers restricted the use of large-scale agricultural machinery and equipment,the promotion of modern science and technology and the input of productive factors,which affected the rapid growth of farmers' income.Therefore,to cultivate the new agricultural management,to promote farmers to increase revenue has become an important task.Agricultural machinery cooperative,as one of the main types of new agricultural management,has the characteristics of land and capital intensive,and in Heilongjiang Province is essential in the development of modern agriculture.First of all,using the literature research method to explain the relevant domestic and foreign research trends from the study on Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives' aid to farmers' income,the mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the governance mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the difficulties of agricultural machinery cooperatives operating,the application of corporate governance theory in agricultural cooperative and the performance evaluation of farmers' professional cooperatives and so on.At the same time,it defines the definition of farmer's professional cooperatives,clarifies the connotation,characteristics and functions of agricultural machinery cooperatives,and the theoretical basis of cooperative economic theory,principal-agent theory and transaction cost theory.According to the relevant statistical data,this paper takes agricultural machinery cooperative in Heilongjiang Province as research object,analyzes the development process of the agricultural machinery operation cooperatives and modern agricultural machinery cooperatives,the general situation of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the supporting policy of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the operation project of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province and other agricultural machinery cooperatives development status quo.In addition,the DID model was used to evaluate the performance evaluation of agricultural machinery cooperatives.The model estimation results show that compared with the non-members,the cooperative members households' total income,wage income,property income and transfer income increased significantly,operation income reduced significantly.Therefore,as a new type of agricultural management entity,the agricultural machinery cooperatives' effect is remarkable in assisting farmers to increase income.After introducing the control variables,age of farmers is negatively correlated with household income;Number of households is positively correlated with household income;Education level of farmers,farmland areas per person,proportion of non-agricultural income,whether work in the cooperatives is positively correlated with total income,wage income,property income,and transfer income,negatively correlated with operation income.Furthermore,by combing the role of agricultural machinery cooperatives in helping farmers to increase their income,this paper has carried on the empirical analysis to its mechanism.The contribution rate of the increase in income is the following: wage income,transfer income,property income,operating income.On the basis of this,combining with theoretical analysis and case analysis,the contribution of increasing the income of farmers can be obtained: farmers can increase their wage income through migrant work and social work;increase the transferable income through government subsidies and capital dividends;Land leasing,land shares can increase property income;In the operating income,although the famers' income is reduced,we can through the transfer of income,wage income,property income to get more compensation.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis of the performance evaluation and mechanism of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the following policy suggestions are put forward with the actual situation of Heilongjiang Province:(1)In improving the transfer income,we should complete the distribution of benefits of cooperatives;(2)In strengthening the operating income,we should strengthen the brand building of cooperatives.(3)In improving the property income,we should guide farmers to do land transfer;(4)In improving the wage income,we should promote the transfer of employment of rural labor.
