Study On The Influence Factors Of Under-forest Economic Development In Yichun City

"Yichun Statistical Yearbook" pointed out that use the advantages of forest and forest resources to be played,to carry out diversified mode of operation,such as forest tourism,farming and planting,and to achieve resource recycling,coordination and sharing of eco-economic model,Namely for the forest economy.The development of forest economy in Yichun is an important way to promote the economic development of the forest area,increase the income of the workers,develop the modern forestry,which use recent interest make up long-term interests for deficiencies,making the recent,long-term interests combined,to achieve the forestry industrialization effect.The development of forest economy to a certain degree of promote the change of forestry industry development model,optimize employee lifestyle,reasonable development gradually replaced the traditional dependence on the consumption of forest resources in the form.Workers get economic benefits,at the same time,the ecological environment can be guaranteed,to achieve win in both ways.Therefore,how to develop better of the under-forest economic services forestry economic development in the Yichun city become an urgent need to solve the problem.On the basis of reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,do research deeply into the Yichun City forestry bureau,at present,Yichun City under-forest economic development has been initially formed scale,has gradually become the new points in Yichun city forestry economic development,but there are still many problems to be solved,lacking of in-depth study of the relevant theory.The research on the under-forest economic development mainly focuses on the study of economic benefits,there are few studies on the factors and development of economic impact.Therefore,the study of the present situation and influencing factors of the under-forest economy in Yichun has beneficial making economic industry to scale development.This paper is based on the present situation and the existing problems,analysis the influencing factors of under-forest economic development in Yichun City Forestry Bureau,conduct a questionnaire survey based on the realities existence problems,identify fifteen influencing factors which Yichun City forestry bureau develop the under-forest economy.Fifteen influencing factors were divided into four main influencing factors of forest resources,government,forestry enterprises and workers.This paper mainly use analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to execute research.The results show:First: Yichun under-forest economic development is mainly affected by forest resources,government,forestry enterprises,employees four levels of factors.Second: The government level of financial input factors weight 0.5563,is the important motivation to promotethe economic development under-forest,play a decisive role.Thirdly,the sum of the weights of the forestry enterprises and the workers is 0.4273,we should deal with the good relationship between government and business.At the same time,give full attention to mobilize the relevant enterprises and workers,so that it actively participate in the development of under-forest economic development.According to the conclusion of this empirical research,the government level can through formulate the policies and programs of development under-forest economic,increase capital investment?support efforts,to achieve the technical level of optimization and upgrading.Enterprise level vigorously innovation the development model,enhance brand awareness,enhance brand connotation,and strive to expand market share,Promote the product economy value added increased.Staff level strengthening the education system,improved staffs' participate level skills,actively establish an exchange feedback platform.In order to promote the Yichun City forestry bureau under-forest economy development better and faster.
