| Construction industrialization is a new kind of construction which can solve environmental pollution,low labor productivity,high resource consumption and other problems in traditional construction.However,the development level of industrialized construction in China has been relatively low and the marketization degree of the industrialization promotion is not high.The high construction cost is the main reason which troubled the market and the construction unit.In addition to the technological level of industrialized construction,the scale of marketization,the labor cost and other macroeconomic and technical factors,project management issues such as the technical level of workers during production and assembly process are not high,the supply chain management is not good and so on is the main reason for the increase in industrial construction costs.This paper focus on how to reduce the production cost and construction cost from the perspective of project management.Based on the literature information,this paper determines the flow characteristics of artificial,material and information in the production stage and assembly stage of industrialized construction project.Through the deep investigation of three industrialized construction projects,interviewed with 24 engineering and management personnel,22 front-line component production workers and 25 on-site assembly workers.According to the production and construction characteristics in industrialized construction,this paper analyzes the cost factors,the reasons for the waste,the frequency and the hazards from five aspects of the lean waste which includes waiting,redundant,transportation,improper operation and unqualified products.Then the industrialized construction lean construction-cost management stream(ILCS)is established based on the research.Two sub-streams which describe production and construction are established and supported by the lean tools.Establishing the cost control standards and processes which meets the characteristics of industrialized construction can provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the practical reduction of industrialized construction cost and the development of industrialized construction industry.In the end,the application and effect of the stream is evaluated by actual project and some suggestions are given. |
