Management of employee relationship is the important management issue faced by all organizations and also a challenging and practical issue for managers.For school-run service-oriented enterprises,to establish a complete management system of employee relationship,motivate employees effectively and build a harmonious corporate culture are of great significances for the sound development of enterprises and the establishment of a harmonious and win-win employee relationship.Taking the school-run service-oriented Beiqin Group as research object,this paper focuses on studying the management of contract employees,with the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and field interview and based on previous studies of employee relationship management,this paper tries to find the problems of the management of contract employees under Beiqin's present employment mode.And based on the theory of human resource management,this paper puts forward concrete countermeasures by classifying related problems according to different dimensions.Hoping this paper might help to optimize "People-oriented Management",improve the employees' sense of belonging and responsibility and promote the sound operation and development of school-run service-oriented businesses under the present employment mode. |
