ABSTRACT:With the fast development of social economy and science&technology, the competition among companies has evolved into the competition of not only creating,value-adding and fully use of knowledge but also rational deployment of resources,which all relies on knowledge-oriented employee to realize in today’s knowledge-based economy. Today, everybody is becoming a knowledge-oriented employee, and that proportion is becoming much larger in a company’s staff composition, that raised an increasingly outstanding problem-career management of knowledge-oriented employee-which has became an important content in the field of HR.This article is guided by the classical theories of career management,took Shenhua Logistics Group company as study object, combined with the companies reality and the features and requirements of knowledge-oriented employee, aiming to discover problems and shortcomings in current company’s career management through the exploration on knowledge-oriented employee management,and finally rise a series of countermeasures and suggestions.The study will focus on the following aspects:First, introducing the background knowledge of career management.Then, identify problems through analyzing the current career situation of knowledge-oriented employee in Shenhua Logistics Group.Thirdly,preliminary design the knowledge-oriented employee career management system of Shenhua Logistics Group based on concluding and analyzing previous problems.Finally, raised a series of supporting measures to efficiently manage the knowledge-oriented employee’s career of Shenhua Logistics Group. Hoping to promote knowledge-oriented employee’s career management in Shenhua Logistics Group,and also to push forward human resources management through this article’s study.
