Performance management is an important content of human resource management.It is also an important means of talent management.The results of the performance management on the one hand,will affect the employee's compensation and benefits levels;on the other hand also help employees find the problems existing in the work,which can provide important basis for the subsequent targeted training to.Therefore,a simple performance appraisal has not meet the needs of modern enterprise human resources management,improve and optimize the enterprise performance management system is becoming more and more important.LY Company is a game software technology company,which including game development and operation.Company aims to build a new platform for mobile phone network entertainment,through mobile phone network consisting mainly of a variety of network channels provide diversified entertainment services for global Chinese users.Based on this foundation,LY Company's software development methods belongs to the agile development methods,which is a new method of software development methods.Taking LY company R&D staff performance management system as the research object,combing the domestic and foreign related research literature,this article analyzed the present situation of LY company performance management of R&D department.Through the questionnaire survey,it found that existing problems in performance management of R&D department,such as performance system is not effective to support the strategic development,insufficient scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system and performance appraisal main body chaos,application of single issues such as performance evaluation results.To solve above problems,combining the use of agile development process management in software development methods,this article combed R&D department performance management process,optimized design of LY company research and development department and R&D personnel assessment indicators,strengthened the performance communication and guidance,strengthen the performance appraisal results.Finally,in order to make the optimization of the performance management system can effective implementation,from the culture and cultivating enterprise performance,this article improved performance evaluation incentive mechanism and so on corresponding protection measures are put forward.
