| With the fast pace of economic globalization,market competition becomes more and more fierce.To overcome the low efficiency caused by monopolization,some modern enterprise management tools including performance management,which can effectively motivate employees’ potential and realize the efficiency improvement and long-term development of the enterprise are introduced by Chinese tobacco industries.With the application of those management measures,the internal administration of Chinese tobacco industry is more and more normative.However,the performance management of domestic tobacco enterprises is still at the exploratory stage because of the shortage of reference experiences..Referring to the achievement of both domestic and foreign research,we investigated performance management of BZYC company with the aim to finding the problem,analyzing the reason and seeking countermeasures..According to the enterprise actual situation,Comprehensive using target management,key performance indicators,and carrying out the enterprise’s strategic target of working for the department and the staff individual specific targets,to extract the key performance indicators,respectively,the weights of indicators and setting up the evaluation standard was improved,and the performance plans,performance implementation,performance evaluation,performance feedback has been optimized,and the application of the results.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of performance management effectively,but also improve the including organization,personnel,system,tracking and feedback mechanism and security related safeguard mechanism of enterprise culture.In conclusion,a new performance management design based on the BZYC company original was proposed in this essay,and a relatively complete,systematic performance management system was constructed.This study will offer a concrete and effective guidance for BZYC company performance management,and provide reference for other tobacco commercial enterprise. |
