In this rapidly changing market environment,the survival and development of enterprises depend on their ability to respond quickly to the change,and Agile is the core of building that ability.After more than 10 years' development since the year of 2001 when the Agile Declaration came out,Agile has become the mainstream in China.Agile development has evolved from the traditional IT and software industries to the current all walks of life.As the leader of the telecommunications industry,L company,in line with the trend,began to explore the path of agile development a few years ago.However,as expected,L company has achieved remarkable results in implementing Agile,but there are also problems.Therefore,the performance evaluation of agile development project management and the analysis of experiences and lessons in agile development are very important in the whole project management process,which is of great significance to the enterprise to implement agile development better.In view of this,this paper takes the new version of the Agile development of the company's SBC products as the research object,and makes an in-depth study of the performance evaluation of the Agile development project management.Combining Agile Development with Project Management Performance Evaluation is a Key point of this paper.Based on the basic theory of modern project management and Agile development,and the actual situation and characteristics the new version Agile development of SBC product,this research constructs the performance evaluation system of Agile development project management.The evaluation system is based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),which classifies the factors of the Agile Development Project in L company,and establishes a comprehensive model of the performance evaluation of Agile Development Project in L company,to carry out performance evaluation and analysis of agile development project management.Another key point of this paper is to study the performance evaluation index system of agile development project management of L company.Based on the previous research,this paper selected and revised the indicators referring to expert's opinions,and established a set of indicators system of the performance evaluation of agile development projects management: 5 primary indicators,17 secondary indicators,48 tertiary indicators.Based on the index system,the overall framework of performance evaluation of agile development project management in L company is established including 5 factors: development progress control effect,development cost control effect,development quality control effect,development resource optimization effect,defect management effect.Under this framework,this research takes L company SBC produce new version agile development project,takes the weight information of each index obtained by the analytic hierarchy process as input,uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the empirical analysis to the above performance evaluation system,realizes the combination of qualitative and quantitative,and proves the feasibility of the performance evaluation system.
