In the process of bank survival and development,talent is the driving force and source of the development of the bank,the development of talent is the last word.For banks,whenever the end of the bank has become the most "turbulent" period,because the end of the peak is the brain drain.Or personal reasons or banking problems,at the end of the bank faced with large and small personnel changes.From the management,down to the general staff,staff turnover is sufficient to affect the bank's productivity.So the brain drain is definitely not an easy problem,how to attract talent has become very concerned about the issue of bank managers.In this paper,based on a large number of theoretical models of human turnover and human capital theory,this paper makes a systematic study on the loss of employees in the N Bank of Shanghai.From the analysis of the present situation of Shanghai N Bank,it reflects the current situation of the whole banking industry and analyzes the current situation of staff turnover and its influence on the development of its own banks.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the loss of personnel in the shipbuilding industry from three aspects:the bank itself,the external bank and the individual,and puts forward a six-point solution strategy for the reasons of the loss of personnel in the banking industry.Including the human resources to create a loyal banking culture;the establishment of effective remuneration and welfare system mechanism;improve the promotion of assessment mechanisms to provide a good space for promotion;to provide individuals with a platform to display their own;do a good job banking industry personnel training and reserves.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes the applicability of this paper,whilst recognizes the deficiencies of the article.
