Case Study Of The Impact Of Bricolage On Business Model Evolution

Studies have shown that,for resource constrained enterprises,the resource patchwork will greatly improve the growth performance of enterprises.Resource patchwork includes three elements: the existing resources at hand,will,the integration of resources for new purposes.In real life,the start-up enterprises in the lack of resources,often make use of the existing limited resources to piece together,through the resources together,the business model will change accordingly.With the development of the times,the business model is changing and improving,and the research on the evolution of the business model is also deepening.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of resource patchwork behavior on the evolution of business model.This paper mainly through the resources together and business model evolution theory reviews research based on the theoretical analysis,from the resources together to have a certain impact on the business model,and builds the resources together influence the evolution of the business model model.Then on the basis of theoretical analysis,using case study method,two cases with enterprise resources together and changes in the business model as the main research object of the relevant published literature,books,research reports,news and other way to get the data through the collection of existing cases and two cases of enterprise development,using grounded theory approach through the analysis of encoding,piecing together the case of enterprise resources and business model related information,systematically study the resources together on the business model and the internal factors affect the evolution of the business model,and through the use of resources to enterprises can put together behavior to business model design inspiration.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the combination of resources will lead to the change of the internal factors and the relationship among the elements of the business model,so that the enterprise will enter the target oriented business model from the targetoriented business model.2)resources together and the formation of the enterprise through the business model evolution can be divided into three stages: goal oriented business model,business model means oriented and fusion(goal oriented and oriented means exist at the same time)business model.The above conclusions have certain applicability,but also have considerable limitations,some of the conclusions of the need for further quantitative research to confirm.
