Study On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Orientation?Strategic Entrepreneurshipon International Entrepreneurial Performance

With the promote of the globalization and the "The Belt and Road" strategy,entrepreneurial activity has showed a strong trend of International Entrepreneurship.Enterprises take the entrepreneurship as the new way to maintain sustainable development,and enterprises' entrepreneurial activity gradually to focus the abroad.enterprise set off an upsurge of International Entrepreneurship.Therefore,the study of international entrepreneurship has become the focus of academic,and has made fruitful research results.The market competition is more fierce,the accelerate technological change and the turbulent international situation,so the enterprise needs to face more uncertainty.In order to better manage these uncertainties,enterprises should establish a new business model that can quickly respond to the dynamic environment while absorbing the existing resources and capabilities.Therefore,the entrepreneurial ability,strategy and so on become the key to sustainable development of enterprises.The focus of traditional entrepreneurship research is innovation,and its logical starting point is the opportunity identification and development,obviously can not adapt to the current economic environment.In order to adapt to a more dynamic environment,scholars gradually to focus on the direction of strategic research and entrepreneurship research integration-Strategic Entrepreneurship.The strategic entrepreneurship guides the enterprises to find a competitive advantage and explore new opportunities for growth,and to achieve long-term competitive advantage through the establishment of a continuous stream of innovation.So,the enterprises can realize the value creation and wealth creation.In this article,we takes the strategic entrepreneurship as the starting point,to intensive study the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation,strategic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance.At present,scholars have conducted a lot of research on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and international entrepreneurial performance,and proposesed the different role model about the relationship between them.Some scholars believe that the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on performance needs to be analyzed based on different scenarios,and some scholars believe that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive role in promoting international entrepreneurial performance.At present,The academic circles lack the empirical study on the relationship between strategic entrepreneurship and performance.But scholars have a consistent view of strategic entrepreneurship to improve corporate performance.As an innovative mode of corporate behavior,strategic entrepreneurship can be applied to the international entrepreneurship,and it will provide a new driving model for the internationalization of enterprises.In this study,the dimensions of strategic entrepreneurship are defined as four dimensions: adaptive capability;resourceful innovation;proactive change and risk anticipation.The dimensions of International entrepreneurial performance are defined as two dimensions: financial and non-financial.The dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation are defined as three dimensions: Innovation;risk taking and initiative.Carrying on the questionnaire survey to the enterprise in Shandong,Jilin,Beijing and other places,then the data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 found that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive impact on international entrepreneurship;strategic entrepreneurship has a positive impact on international entrepreneurship performance;adaptive capability has a moderating effect on entrepreneurial orientation and international entrepreneurial performance.
