According to statistics,the number of China's household appliancescompanies is 52 by the end of 2014.Electrical appliances enterprise as the entity industry,investment in fixed assets,long production cycle.Its product is closely related to people's life.In the past 30 yearswith the high-speed development of the real estate industry,home appliance industry has also been in rapid development,on the development path of internationalization strategy.But with the rapid development of electronic commerce environmenthome appliance enterprise online sales channel is becoming more and more get the favor of consumer.The domestic home appliance enterprise sales mode is facing a new round of structural adjustment.Electrical contractor in the field of home appliance sales increasing at the same time,the proportion of household appliances listed companies how to deal with the change of economic environment,balance between offline store sales and online sales network weights,so as to maintain a steady development in the new market environment,become inevitable.In this paper,by using the method of statistical analysis to our country home appliance enterprises to evaluate the operating performance of listed companies.Based on the horizontal and vertical two methods of statistical analysis to the existing 52 home appliances enterprises operating conditions and operating performance are analyzed.In this article,through analysis that by transverse comparison of 52 home appliance enterprise performance,can according to household appliances listed companies found its inherent law industry,find the reasonable industry benchmark,to further an enterprise operating performance evaluation.Then the three operating performance good enterprise business model innovation path empirically,further proves the sales model innovation is a home appliance enterprise effective way to improve business performance.Economic environment facing e-commerce home appliance market environment,home appliance enterprise online sales channel is not to be ignored.This paper argues that household appliance enterprises should be improved from the following aspects:first is to strengthen the cooperation with the third party sales platform,set up online stores,using third-party sales platform stable traffic and high efficient sales team to improve product awareness,increase sales,improve business performance;Second ability of household appliance enterprises can build their own e-commerce platform,more direct understanding of their customers,effective sorting customer information,enhance brand professionalism,excavate potential demand of the customers;Finally,electrical home appliances enterprises should pay attention to the quality of after-sales service and sales,actively promote the cooperation with the third party logistics enterprise,or build your own logistics system,home appliance sales through-train service,fully won the trust and support of consumers.
