Food is not only an important measure of the stability of the country,but also a cast the cornerstone of social civilization enterprises.Guanzi · Mumin said:Warehouse is pretty solid and etiquette,fed and upright as well.Food has been paid much more attention in China since ancient times.At present,food safety in the system of realization of the research was divided into three levels:(1)the quantity of food safety;(2)the quality of food safety;(3)the sustainable of food safety.The traditional concept of food safety was collapsed by advanced technologies and developments in food industries.The standard of the Food Safety Requirements has not only limited to the number,but also increased the quality in food as well.In China,however,the food safety situations are not optimistic.Food safety problems frequently appeared in recent years,which made consumers have had a horrible emotion when relying on milk and meat.And "China Food Safety and Risk'" has become an international problem yet.This is a mainly reason for China's food exports dropping sharply,leading to irreparable damaged.Based on the above situations,with the aid of the food supply chain structure,the research involves the interests of the subject selection strategies,analyzing the effect of food information disclosure to improve China food safety that has important theoretical value.The theme of food safety has been becoming an important topic to be solved urgently.This paper depended on the fully domestic and foreign researches and information,with the benefits in stages by means of the Game Theory tool through the visit of the manufacturers,the survey of the retailers,the market research and the consultation of the food inspection scholars,for providing theoretical guidance and practical basis for improving the performance of food safety management.This paper contains six parts.The introduction is the first part,which mainly introduced the background of researches,the purpose and significance of this topic,the present researches situation,the research content and the research method and the expected innovation.The second part is the related concepts of food safety,food supply chain,information disclosure and the impact of information disclosure on China's food market in information asymmetry theory and consumer confidence,the foundation for the full text can be known.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the main part of the game theory analysis.The horizontal research of food supply chain was been introduced firstly.Through compared with the developments of the analysis of overseas food quality information disclosure,what kinds of affect that information disclosure on the strategy selection and profit level of different scale processors in China,and the selection of strategies and profit level under the improvement of industry informationization.This promotion of developments were fulfilled with significance.And then,the longitudinal that contained the production,processing and consumption had been analyzed.Participants in the information disclosure strategy and quality and safety,the impact of the benefits of the participants was being studied,for the latter strengthening the development of information technologies industry,promoting industrial information disclosure technology paves to upgrade.As the fourth part,the fifth chapter discussed the two-way prevention and controls of food information disclosure technologies and managements,improving the quality level by means of technologies upgrading,information advancements and standard managements.Finally;Chapter six summarized and prospected the full text analysis and coumtermeasures.
