| Fixed assets refer to enterprises for the production of products,provision of services,for rental or management,using held for more than 12 months,values up to a certain standard of non-monetary assets,including houses,machines,machinery,transport equipment and other business-related equipment,instruments,tools,etc.Fixed assets of enterprises have a vital role,it is necessary for the production.However,due to the fixed asset itself has a number of multi-species hybrid,various sizes,high-value,liquidity and poor features,together with business managers often heavy purchases of fixed assets,light subsequent management of fixed asset,as a result,fixed assets are often inconsistent usage even long-term waste idle assets after the purchase.In the long run,it will seriously affect the healthy development of enterprises,reduce their market competitiveness.Therefore,to achieve the development goals,improve market competitiveness,improve the efficiency of fixed asset management,it is urgent to optimize fixed asset management process.This article as a starting point to the R group of fixed assets management process as the research object,under the condition of fully combined with group functions integration,through the study of business process improvement(BPI)theory and other related theories of fixed assets,combined with the reality of the group,for the management of fixed assets group conducted a study of process improvement.Text is divided into seven parts.The first part describes the research background,a brief introduction to the development of R group and the status of domestic and foreign research on process improvement,and describes the significance of writing and innovation.The second section details each of the business process improvement(BPI)theory and human management theory,and put forward the R group fixed asset management guidance.The third part for the R group company fixed assets management status were detailed analysis,respectively,through the introduction of A,B company to the current management situation,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fixed assets management displayed one by one,and in the next four parts to discuss about the current R group of fixed assets management appeared problem of subjective and objective reasons,and puts forward the necessity of the R group with fixed assets of business process improvement.The fifth part mainly introduces the time and procedure of the implementation of the processimprovement scheme.The sixth part respectively from the preparation,principle,content,evaluation,corporate culture and other aspects of a full range of this R group company fixed assets elaborate business process improvement efficient system to ensure the smooth implementation of the new business process in fixed assets of the group.In this paper,by combining the actual situation of R groups,combined with the relevant theory of fixed assets business process improvement for the group company,hoping to help the R group’s fixed asset management.At the same time,it also hopes to provide a reference for other large enterprises in the same group of fixed assets integration situation to develop more reasonable fixed asset management solutions. |
