Research On Improvement Of Fixed Assets Management Of Chongqing Xinshui Company From The Perspective Of BPR

Fixed assets constitute an important part of corporate assets.With the continuous expansion of enterprise size and the rapid growth of enterprises,the number of fixed assets also increases.Because the follow-up management of fixed assets has not been continuously improved and improved,and ordinary managers attach importance to the purchase of fixed assets,they neglected the daily management of assets,leading to the separation of accounting management and physical management of fixed assets.It is easy to see that the fixed assets of enterprises are prone to inconsistent accounts,low asset utilization rates,and even the long-term idleness of wasted assets after purchase.It can be imagined that in the long run,it will seriously affect the steady and rapid development of enterprises,and it is not conducive to improving the market competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary for companies to achieve development goals,enhance market competitiveness,increase the efficiency of fixed asset management,and optimize the management of fixed assets.Taking this as a starting point,this article takes Chongqing Xinshui's fixed asset management process as the research object.Through the study of the Business Process Reengineering of the company's fixed asset management process,The full text is composed of five parts.The first part introduces the research background and significance.It summarizes the existing research literature on BPR and related issues,and sorts out current research and development of business process reorganization.The second part discusses the concept and basic content of the business process reorganization,which provides a theoretical basis for the later case study;the third part introduces the current situation of fixed assets management;the fourth part analyzes the company's problems in the fixed assets management.The fifth part,giving suggestions and solutions for the corresponding problems.This article focuses on the company's existing problems in the management of fixed assets,mainly in the purchase of fixed assets,inventory and disposal of some links,through improving departments and business process reorganization to optimize the company's fixed assets management,and finally provide some suggestions and promotion are hoped that these can help enterprises in the management of fixed assets.
