Study On The Spatial Evolution Of Rural Settlements In The Surrounding Areas Of Ji’nan

At present,China is in a critical period of urban and rural development,in order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in 2020,the country will focus on the development of rural settlements.With the change of development cocept from "urbanrural dualistic" to "urban-rural co-ordination",the attention of the country under the new urbanization is increasing day by day,and the "social-spatial" change of the rural settlements in the surrounding areas of the big cities is the most dramatic.The evolution characteristics and mechanism of rural settlement space in the surrounding areas of Jinan have strong theoretical and practical significance.Based on the "the market-oriented path of urbanization" project,the study takes " the spatial evolution of rural settlements in the surrounding areas of Ji’nan" as the object,in the context of the development of urban and rural areas,with the analytical framework of structuration theory,reference to base of cognition of "socio-spatial dialectic",the study sets the logical framework of "characteristic analysis-type summary-structural factor constraint-active subject action-evolution mechanism",focusing on the evolutionary characteristics,evolution mechanism of rural settlements.The spatial evolution of the rural settlements in the surrounding areas of Jinan shows the characteristics of scale expansion,form expansion,function multiplication in the material level and the number of workers increase,the profession instability and family members in the urban and rural segregation in the social level.In the process of evolution,it gradually formed five types of villages:living village:mainly agricultural production,high proportion of migrant workers and the large proportion of getting out early and coming back at dusk;industrial villages:mainly industrial production,high proportion of migrant workers;general village:mainly agricultural production,a high proportion of urban and rural separation of the family;featured agricultural villages:mainly agricultural production,low proportion of migrant workers;declining village:mainly agricultural production,high proportion of migrant workers and low proportion of getting out early and coming back at dusk.The evolution of rural settlements in the surrounding areas of Jinan is influenced by structural factors such as system,culture,technology,market and resources.The institutional factors that dominating by the land restrict the development of large-scale rural industries and the enthusiasm of farmers and farmers.The open cultural factors promote the pursuit of the interests of the villagers,the rural concept is weak,the advanced technical factors improve the agricultural production efficiency.The rural labor force are released and the village planting mode changed.The labor force and capital market factors led to the result of job specification of migrant workers focusing on working part-time,the village development is affected by the capital.The natural resource factor is the foundation of the village development and evolution.The terrain and location factors directly affect the technology and capital factor development.The government,the market and the the village are the three main actors in the evolution of the rural settlement space.The government based on the principle of public interest guide the direction of development of the village;the market aimed to achieve the surplus value to the max,they build factories in the village and in the village recruit villagers;village collective based on service functions,farmers based on family rational considerations,individuals based on seeking benefit maximization,they develop actively under the influence of structural factors.In the perspective of "structure-subject" interaction,the mechanism of spatial evolution of rural settlements in the surrounding areas of Jinan can be divided into four categories:interactive "institution-society-market mechanism" directed by structural factors,it shows the mode of "land circulation-labor release-villagers’ getting out employment",the space control and innovation mechanism led by local government.it shows the mode of bringing the village into the regulation scope,development path dependency mechanism directed by the village collective,it shows the mode of developing characteristic agriculture based on resources superiority.adaptive mechanism of active subject,it shows the subjective activity,and the working and living shows the mode of getting out early and coming back at dusk.
