Research On Spatial Heterogeneity Of The Coordination Degree Of Urbanization And Basic Public Service

Urbanization is the most significant changes in the process of the contemporary human society,with the speeding up of urbanization in our country,people have higher requirement for the quality of urbanization.For this,the third plenary session of 18 proposed "the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics",and stressed that human is the core of new urbanization,more attention should be paid to the comprehensive promotion of urbanization level and quality.Obviously,increasing the level of basic public service supply of each city is particularly important.Urbanization and basic public service supply are two development system that restrict and promote each other,but t they are not always coordinated.There is no doubt that research on the coordination degree of urbanization and basic public service supply and finding out the weak link of the mismatch are help to both the implementation of the new urbanization strategy and improving people's life quality.Due to the difference of different areas in such aspects as politics,economy,culture,environment,the level of urbanization,basic public service supply and coordination degree between the two may be different.There is no doubt that research on the regional differences and spatial correlation of the coordination degree between urbanization and basic public service is help to the construction of the harmonious society and the coordinated development of economic and social relations between different regions.This paper is Based on the main line about the coordination degree of urbanization and basic public service,and uses statistical and metrology method such as bitmap method,global Moran's I scatter plot and local LISA cluster diagram.First of all,we analyze the regional difference of urbanization and the basic public service supply,and then research the regional differences of the coordination degree and spatial correlation empiricaliy.The results show that the level of urbanization and basic public service supply and the coordination degree between the two of different regions in our country are obviously different,with significant phenomenon of spatial cluster and spillover effects..To this end,the article puts forward some corresponding policy Suggestions.Specifically,this paper includes six parts in chapter arrangementFirst chapter is "introduction",this chapter narrates the research background and significance of this article,the relevant research literature at home and abroad was summarized,the research methods of this article are carried on the brief introduction,and then the structure arrangement is given in this paper,and the innovation and deficiency are summed up.The second chapter is "the theoretical basis and the construction of evaluation index system",Firstly,the related theory of urbanization and basic public services is stated,and then the evaluation index system of urbanization and basic public service supply is constructed on the basis of theoretical connotation.The third chapter is "the regional difference analysis of urbanization and the basic public service supply",according to the index system builded in the previous chapter and using the statistical charts,the regional differences of each province of urbanization and basic public service supply are carried on the descriptive analysis,it is concluded that there is obvious difference among the eastern,central and western.The fourth chapter is "the coordination degree analysis of urbanization and basic public service supply".Firstly,inter-provincial level of urbanization and the basic public service supply has carried on the comprehensive evaluation.Then by means of coordination degree model,coordination degree of the two has carried on the comprehensive evaluation.It is found that there is obvious difference among presidial coordination degree of the urbanization and basic public service supply,and there may be space dependence.The fifth chapter is "spatial heterogeneity analysis of the coordination degree of urbanization and basic public services",the spatial distribution of coordination degree and the cluster phenomenon are analyzed using the methods such as metrology bitmap,global Moran's I scatter plot and local LISA cluster diagram,and found that overall spatial correlation exists certainly among provincial coordination degree of urbanization and basic public service supply,and at the local level there is spatial spillover effects.The sixth chapter is" conclusion and suggestion",the main conclusions in this paper are summarized,and based on this,some targeted Suggestions are advanced.
