In recent years,new-type urbanization and new-type industrialization have been hot topics in academia.New types of urbanization, new types of industrialization and their relations have always been the core issues of China's development. Both are important driving forces for urban development, and their coordinated development is the only way for China to achieve modernization. This article is based on related theories, based on the analysis of new urbanization and new industrialization, adheres to its core ideas, adopts the composite index table method, and considers people-oriented,high economic level, complete infrastructure, high public service quality, ecological livability, and structural optimization.,Economic efficiency, low energy consumption, scientific and technological content and information technology level and other factors established a comprehensive evaluation index system.Based on the data of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2013 to 2017,first use the entropy method and TOPSIS evaluation method to evaluate the development level of new urbanization and new industrialization, and then use the physical coupling yearbook to establish a coupling coordination model to calculate the 31 provinces and cities in China. This paper analyzes the inter-annual variation of the degree of coordination between the two industries. The dynamic evolution of the degree of coordination between the two industries is also studied from the perspectives of east, middle and west. Finally,on the basis of the spatial concentration of the coordination between the two industries,a combination of basic education level, government policies, the degree of marketization, and the degree of openness to establish a SAR space panel measurement model is used to study the factors affecting the coordination of the two industries. The analysis of the factors affecting the coordination between the two industries is from the perspectives of China and the west. The results show that China's new-type urbanization and new-type industrialization levels are relatively similar, basically showing the distribution of high in the east and low in the central and western regions. The degree of coordination between the two industries in China showed a continuous upward trend from 2013 to 2017,but there are "short-term effects" in some provinces and cities. In terms of the coordination phase of the two industries,Beijing and Shanghai are in a very coordinated phase,Tibet,Gansu, and Ningxia have risen from a poorly coordinated phase to a basic coordinated phase, and Guangdong Province has risen from a basic coordinated phase to a coordinated phase. As of 2017,all 31 provinces and cities in China are above the basic coordination stage. At the same time, there is obvious spatial concentration of coordination,HH type and LL type are dominant. The HH type is mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas and surrounding provinces and cities with Beijing as the center. Most of the western region and a small number of central regions are LL types, and most of the central regions are HL or LH types. After studying the influencing factors of the coordination between the two industries,it is found that the degree of marketization has the greatest impact on the coordination between the two industries, followed by the degree of opening up and government policies, and the level of basic education has a smaller impact than the other three factors. In terms of different regions, the main factors affecting the level of coordination between the two industrializations in the east are the degree of opening up and marketization. The main factor affecting the level of coordination between the two industrializations in the central government is government policy, and the main factor affecting the level of coordination between the two urbanizations in the central region is the level of basic education.According to this suggestion,First, earnestly ensure that the central policy is put in place and change the concept of development;Second, strengthen regional ties and external economic cooperation, coordinate development, and avoid two-level differentiation;Thrid, promote market-oriented construction and promote the construction of the two industries;Fourth, improve the quality of development and scientifically plan for strengths and avoid weaknesses.Fifth, all regions need to adapt to local conditions and formulate appropriate development policies.
