In the fierce market competition,technological innovation determines the destiny of enterprises.Technological backwardness means that companies are at a disadvantage in market competition and will be easily eliminated by the market.Leading technology will greatly enhance the company's core competitiveness and will help the company gain a favorable position in market competition.Technicians are the backbone of enterprise technology innovation.That strengthening the development of human resources for technical staff so as to bring up a contingent of highly qualified technical personnel is not only an urgent and important task for the enterprise,but also a systematic project that the company must persevere.As a technology-driven company,for fulfilling company's strategy,A company has positioned technician as key talent of the company.However,in the current process of enterprise human resources management,technician's current competency is somewhere missed,and on the other side,the training and developing mechanism has lag.The human resources management of technical personnel has become the shortcomings of company,which has constrained the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise to some extent.This article takes the technician training system of A company as the research focus.The writer objectively reveals and analyzes the actuality of A company's technical personnel training system and its existing problems by analysis and interviews.Secondly,based on the reference of competency theory,the Technicain Competency Model was deduced through the approach of strategy analysis,interview and salon.Finally,based on the foundation of this competency model,this article begins with the determination of training requirements,the planning of training programs,the implementation and control of training,and training evaluation.It systematically conducts the construction of a training system for technicians and provides the basis of training guidance for the company in the future.
