During the12thFive-Year Plan Period, the rapid development of civil aviationtransportation industry creates more opportunities for the MRO market, but it requestshigher requirements to the quality control. Quality is the foundation for airworthiness,and operators must possess high-level maintenance skills to avoid any quality error.Thus, it is necessary for MRO companies to establish the training system formaintenance personnel, to make sure they have a good command of repair knowledgeand operational skills. Under the drastic market competition and developmentchallenge, XX MRO factory need improve the current technician training system forenhancing their repair skills.Guided by related training theories, this thesis will investigate the training status ofcivil aviation maintenance staff first, and then summarize the general requirements toits training system according to the personnel qualification, training characteristicsand CAAC regulations. Then from the actual training work, the writer makes ananalysis of XX MRO factory’s training system status, pointing out some problems andshortcomings. In the last, it will focus on the company training system improvementthrough the integration of theory with practice.Although currently there is a standard training system among the whole civilaviation industry and CAAC regulations have defined some training requirements toairline companies and MRO factories, it should be improved to satisfy the needs ofcivil aviation enterprises. The analysis and improvement research on the trainingsystem of XX civil aviation MRO factory is aim to make the company training moredetailed, and set up a more completed training system model, which is for otherfactories’ reference with certain theoretical and practical values.
