Study On Construction Of Aviation Technician Training System Of T Company Based On Competency Model

Based on development of low-altitude airspace in civil helicopter industry of China,it shall face with historical development opportunities and great challenges from lead enterprises all over the world.As an emerging manufacture for civil helicopters,T company is exposed to severe market-oriented competitions including engineering,technology,management,cost,innovation,etc.The only way.to stand out is establishing a professional and technical team,thus it is necessary to optimize technician training system for enterprise construction.This paper integrates with current situation of T company to solve the existing problems in personnel training system of company on the basis of competency model.It aims at setting up and taking full advantages of professional technical group to match up with company demands.This paper adopts literature review to learn competency model in relevant industries,and utilizes behavioral event interview to summarize basic competences that an excellent technician owns in light of questionnaires forl45 mature technicians from other aviation manufacturing enterprises.The result facilitates to build competency model for aviation technicians and adjust training system of T company.This paper elaborates on construction of competency model for aviation technicians,and provides effective input for training,recruitment,and performance assessment of the company.Moreover,it could provide the reference for other partners.
