Research On The Application Of Action-learning In A Enterprise's Employee Training

How do we finish the enterprise staff training well? And how do we improve the effectiveness of enterprise staff training? The two questions are the major challenges facing the enterprise human resources construction in our country. In this paper, the reasons of problems existing in our enterprise staff training and will be analyzed in detail. The author is trying to find the influencing factors of enterprise staff training. And through action learning and the traditional training's analysis and comparison, it is concluded that action learning is to stimulate the enterprise staff training's motivation, effectiveness and more positive results.The author is trying to research on the application of action learning in the enterprise staff training. In this paper after the analysis of the influence of action learning in enterprise staff training, the author is focusing on the action learning's process design and implementation by the application of case analysis. Absolutely the action learning will improve enterprise employee training effectiveness well.
