The Reform Of State Owned Enterprises And The Revitalization Of Old Industrial Bases In Northeast China

The reform of state-owned enterprises and the revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China have been hot topics in the field of China's economy,both of which are the corresponding strategic principles derived from the changes of China's economic development.In the Northeast of China,the reform of state-owned enterprises and the revitalization of old industrial bases are two closely related economic conceptions.In the past,the state-owned enterprises are the backbone of the economic development of the Northeast,but also because of the specific attributes of the state-owned economy,the impact of the recent stage hindered the pace of economic development in Northeast China.Due to historical and practical reasons,the success or failure of the reform of state-owned enterprises will directly determine the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China.This paper aims to adhere to the principle of Marx's economics,in order to discuss the deep relationship between reform of state-owned enterprises and the Northeast old industrial base revitalization,clarify the development of state-owned enterprise in the Northeast,and then discuss the future trend of the reform,the specific measures of the reform,and the profound influence to the northeast old industrial base.
