Study On Revitalization Of Old Industrial Bases In Northeast China Under The New Normal

As the earliest cradle of the industry of the People's Republic of China,northeast area occupies a pivotal position in national economy,with the deepening of the reform and opening up,the northeast old industrial base is facing a second take-off,the revitalization of northeast old industrial base is related to the development of the whole national economy,also relates to the northeast Asian region strategic needs.Taking anshan iron and steel company as an example,this paper divides into four parts to study the revitalization and development of northeast old industrial base.The first part is the related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly including the definition of basic concepts and the theoretical basis and related policies of the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China.The second part is the goal and requirement of the comprehensive revitalization of northeast old industrial base under the new normal,and expounds the overall goal and specific target of the comprehensive revitalization of northeast old industrial base under the new normal.The third part is the achievements of the northeast old industrial base in northeast and the analysis of the challenge,in anshan iron and steel group company for example,using the method of information literature analysis,interviews,objective analysis of the history of anshan iron and steel group's achievement;At present,anshan iron and steel group has its own main problems;Under the new situation,anshan iron and steel group faces the challenge to realize the combination of theoretical research and work practice.The fourth part is about the revitalization of anshan iron and steel group under the new normal,and puts forward the new normal for the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China.We can thoroughly solve the institutional and structural problems of state-owned enterprises in the implementation of the strategy of revitalization.We will improve our ability to innovate and respond to market competition.Strengthen the talent troop construction and so on corresponding countermeasure.It provides reference for the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating northeast China,and helps to stabilize the old industrial base in northeast China.
