With the vigorous development of the social economy and the progress of technology,the rapid development of technology service industry with the main features of intelligent service.Technology service industry plays a more and more important role in the third industry and the whole national economy.On the one hand,the service industry makes technology,knowledge and other factors through research and technology into real productivity,has become an important industry with high added value in the modern service industry.On the other hand,it provides a strong technological support for the development of other industries,has become an important way to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Shanxi province as a national resource-based economy comprehensive reform pilot area.It is urgent to cultivate and develop the technology service industry,in order to solve the problems such as the extensive mode of development and the weak ability of technological innovation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of technology service industry of Shanxi province,to foster the driving force of transformation and development,and to accelerate the economic development of Shanxi province.This paper makes an empirical study on the technology service industry of Shanxi province based on the dynamic feedback analysis method of system dynamics.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of Shanxi technology service industry.At present,Shanxi province technology service industry is in the initial stage of development,but there is still a great development potential.Secondly,this paper constructs the system dynamics model of technology service industry with the aid of system dynamicstheory.Based on the idea of modeling,this paper constructs a system framework which is applicable to the service industry of technology,and applies the technology service industry in Shanxi province,and establishes the system flow chart.Again,this paper explains the data sources and processing conditions of the system dynamics model,lists model formula,tests the model effectiveness,simulates policy by changing the control variable.According to the simulation results,technology services can effectively promote the development of social economy in Shanxi province,has a prominent contribution to the output of the third industry and the GDP growth in the area,but the development of science and technology service industry is influenced by policy,capital,talent,infrastructure and the environment of science and technology consciousness.By cultivating a good technological innovation environment,appropriate policy intervention,effective capital investment,high quality personnel training and perfect infrastructure construction,can effectively promote the development of technology services.Finally,through the analysis of the policy simulation results,this paper provides some policy suggestions for the development of Shanxi province technology service industry.
