Innovation driven development strategy is an important measure to promote economic restructuring and upgrading,and to coordinate economic and social development in China.In order to carry out this strategy,we must strengthen the main body position of enterprise innovation;enhance its ability of innovation.However,same with the country's innovation strategy which needs to implement to enterprise innovation,the implementation of enterprise innovation objectives also rely on the innovative practice of employees.As the main body of innovation,enterprises need to stimulate their innovative behavior as much as possible.However,innovation often means breaking the-normal procedure and tradition,which will be accompanied by a lot of errors and risks.Therefore,the error orientation of employees and enterprises is the key to whether the error can become a catalyst for innovation behavior.In order to make employees form a positive error orientation,the enterprises must to create a tolerant atmosphere of failure and encourage innovation.Inclusive leadership has been proved to can improve employee's psychological safety,positive mood,stimulate employee voice behavior,active behavior.So,is inclusive leadership conducive to the formation of a good employee error orientation,making employee be willing to communicate issues about errors?In the process of error communication,whether employees will produce new inspiration and motivation to show more innovative behavior?Will the inclusive leadership influence employee's innovation behavior by influencing the employee's error orientation?In order to answer the question,the research constructs a model which includes inclusive leadership style,employee innovation behavior and error communication orientation based on the theory of social learning,error management,creativity and innovation component and leader member exchange.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,inclusive leadership style is conducive to stimulate employee innovation behavior,and its three dimensions,that is,openness,accessibility,availability have a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior;Secondly,the inclusive leadership style is conducive to the formation of a positive error communication orientation of employees,and its three dimensions,that is,openness,accessibility,accessibility have a significant positive impact on employee error communication orientation;Thirdly,employee error communication and employee innovation behavior is significantly positive correlation;Finally,the relationship between employee innovation behavior and inclusive leadership(openness,accessibility,accessibility)is partly mediated by employee error communication orientation.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on carrying out inclusive leadership training,creating a climate of error management,building an inclusive corporate culture and building a good communication platform.These suggestions can arouse the managers' thinking to some extent and bring enlightenment for their management practice.At the same time,in theory,this study firstly introduces errorcommunication orientation to the relationship between inclusive leadership style and employee innovative behavior,analyzes the influence mechanism of inclusive leadership style and employee innovative behavior,enriched the research achievements in the field.In this study there is a lack of China context inclusive leadership questionnaire,data quality problems that need to be improved and researchlevel is not normative,future research needs further development in thecontext of Chinese inclusive leadership scale,overcome the data problems,expand the range of samples of homogeneous variance and cross section analysis.
