Enterprise internal employee creativity directly determines the enterprise's innovation ability,innovation ability for the development of the enterprise is a vital role,from the perspective of the study of inclusive leadership before,inclusive leadership can effectively improve the staff's innovation ability,so as to promote the stable innovation's enterprises and the competitiveness of the enterprise,and the current domestic many scholars the started to study leadership and employees and enterprise innovation behavior,but the current study mostly stay at the macro level,the conclusion has great difference,learned from the related research literature,Enterprise innovation behavior mainly depends on the staffs creativity,and creativity of employee with multiple influence factors,this paper research on leadership style and error communication orientation of enterprise innovation ability in two dimensions research,find out both for the influence degree of the enterprise innovation ability,find the relationship of the leadership and employees and the enterprise innovation behavior,mistake on communication and research orientation in the process of the intermediary effect.The main difference and innovation between this paper and the previous research lies in that this paper takes error communication orientation as an intermediate variable,the so-called error communication orientation is the effect of inclusive leadership on enterprise innovation behavior.Inclusive leadership can give employees more free development space and more perfect,on the basis of innovation environment,innovation ability of employees will be largely improved,first of all employees will have certain recognition of the leadership,for the development status and development of the enterprise ability greatly looking forward to at the same time,will further influence the staff for the organization's identity,when the error communication orientation development to a certain level,the innovation of the staff behavior will be stimulated,language activities,activities in the enterprise and innovation will be improved,It can be seen that miscommunication orientation has a certain mediating effect between inclusive leadership and enterprise innovation ability.This paper will further study the deeper correlation between them on the basis of the research hypothesis,so as to verify the correctness of the research hypothesis.This paper will be in a wide range of literature research,on the basis of the inclusive leadership,communication error orientation and study the relationship between the employees' creativity,first study of the existing theories,inclusive leadership theory,enterprise standardization management theory,creativity,interaction theory to build inclusive leadership,communication error orientation and theoretical model between enterprise innovation ability,and then puts forward an inclusive leadership,communication error orientation and employee innovative behavior between the research hypothesis,through the questionnaire survey to obtain relevant variables,in the form of measurement results,The following conclusions can be drawn through the empirical test of the valid sample data of 175 questionnaires:1.There is no significant difference in the management between employee creativity and such variables as employee gender,education background and company size,while there are significant differences in employees' working years and company nature.2.Inclusive leadership has a significant positive effect on employees' creativity,which is more significant in innovation-oriented enterprises.The influence factors of inclusive leadership on the innovation ability of enterprises are as follows:openness,accessibility and availability,among which the influence factors also have a positive impact on the innovation ability of enterprises.3.Miscommunication orientation has a certain mediating effect between inclusive leadership and enterprise innovation ability.
