Under the background of economic globalization and increasing worldwide population mobility, in order to achieve better development, organizations have to hire people with different background of different nationality, culture and skills, which directly contributes to the increase of employees' diversity, bringing great challenges to organization management.At the meantime, with the enhancement of life standard and employees' whole educated degree,the diversification of employees' need is obvious. In order to make these differentiate individuals to work happily,organizations have to satisfy their personalized demand, which further challenges organization management.For organizations, leaders are the soul of organization management, playing an important role in organizations' satisfying differentiate individuals' personalized demand. With the increasing researches of discrepant management, the concept of inclusive leader emerges at the right moment, which is a kind of positive leader activity that leaders understand and respect the subordinate and focus on their demand. At present academia generally recognizes that inclusive leadership plays a significant role in dealing with issues of employees'diversification. There is a survey revealing that inclusive leadership can improve employees'performance and sense of their safety and depress their turnover rates. However, current employees seek well-being, the eternal subject of humanity, not only in life but also in work.The research on mechanism and relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being is not profound.Based on concluding relevant theories and research results both domestic and abroad, as well as Mallow's hierarchy of needs, this paper discusses on inclusive leadership's effects on employee well-being. At the same time,based on the goal - setting theory, this paper introduces goal acceptance, and using of perceived organizational support to explore the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being. This research used samples of 716 Chinese employees to conduct empirical test. The results of hierarchical regression revealed:there is a positive correlation between inclusive leadership and employee well-being; goal acceptance plays partial media role in the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee well-being; perceived organizational support the relationship between inclusive leadership and goal acceptance and the media effects goal acceptance has on inclusive leadership and employee well-being.The study not only expand the applicability of inclusive leadership in different cultural backgrounds, improve the theoretical framework of inclusive leadership research, but also enrich the study of inclusive leadership and employee attitudes, behavior, which have important theoretical significances. At the same time, this study from the leadership style side,expanding the antecedent study of employee's well-being,and provides a new perspective for the study of goal acceptance. In addition, this study takes into account the situational characteristics, which provides a research direction for further study on the impact mechanism of inclusive leadership on employee well-being.
