With the sharp increase of market competitiveness,enterprises can only maintain the driving force for survival and development only by continuous innovation.At present,China is in a critical period of reform and innovation.As a major economy,enterprises must continuously improve their ability to innovate.At the same time,as the source of corporate innovation,the improvement of personal innovation ability of employees is closely related to the performance of individuals and their organizations.Previous studies have found that inclusive leadership can promote employees' innovative behavior and performance,but based on the Chinese context,there are fewer non-linear relationships between the two.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the "black box" factors between the two is of great significance to improve leadership style and enhance employee innovation performance.The error management climate is considered to be an effective way to improve employees' working methods and organizational innovation.Innovation means that new methods have been produced,and at the same time,inevitable errors have also occurred.The attitude of the organization to employees'mistakes and the organizational atmosphere perceived by employees determines whether employees can actively and effectively innovate.In today's era,in addition to the increasingly complex external market environment of enterprises,the diversity and difference of employees within the enterprise has also increased.Organizational management requires flexibility and leadership styles that support employee innovation.Therefore,inclusive leaders have emerged as the times require,and they can coordinate the relationships among various parties in complex organizational situations.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of the role of inclusive leadership in employee innovation performance is the main content of this study.In addition,based on the unique connotation of inclusive leadership in the Chinese context and the multiple conditions among variables,the influential factors of inclusive leadership on employee innovation performance have also become the main content of this study.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical and linear research on inclusive leadership style and employee innovation behavior,but few articles discuss the nonlinear relationship between the two.Based on this,this research is based on the "before you go" effect,ternary interaction theory,and social exchange theory.Through a questionnaire survey,this study reveals the impact of inclusive leadership on employee innovation performance,and analyzes the mediating role of employee error management atmosphere perception.And the moderating role of leadership-member exchange.The research results show that:(1)inclusive leadership has an inverted U-shaped effect on employee innovation performance;(2)inclusive leadership significantly affects employees 'perception of error management atmosphere;(3)employee's perception of error management atmosphere significantly affects employees' positive Innovation performance;(4)Employee error management atmosphere perception plays a part of the mediating role between inclusive leadership and employee innovation performance;(5)Leader-member exchange positively regulates the relationship between inclusive leadership and employee innovation performance.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions for improving inclusive leadership style,promoting employee innovation performance,creating a harmonious atmosphere of error organization management,and building a good leadership-member exchange relationship.It not only enriches the behavioral effects of inclusive leadership and employees' innovation performance in theory,but also provides empirical data explanations to provide feasibility suggestions for subsequent management research.
