A Study On The Economic Thought Of Bukharin

Bukharin,the former Soviet union's famous Marxist economist,politician and revolutionist,has been the only national leader who was elected as the member of Academy of Science in the Soviet communist party history.He inherited and developed the thoughts of the world economy of Marx and Engels as well as defended Lenin's theory about socialist economic construction of Soviet although there were some different views between Lenin and Bukharin.Meanwhile,there were debates on the relationship of agriculture and industry as well as on the market relationship between Stalin and him,which finally made him a tragedy.We hold the opinion that Bukharin criticized the economic theory of capitalism and analyzed the imperialism and the world economy.Meanwhile,Bukharin put forward the relationship between the planning,the market and the country on the basis of grasping the Soviet Russia economic law as well as economic methodology.Besides,he regarded the cooperative as the communication bridge of allying workers and peasants.In addition to these,Bukharin illustrated the balanced development thought on Soviet Russia national economy.His cooperative plan,the rich peasants economy policy of peace redemption are used for reference for the socialist transformation in China and "the backward form of socialism” is for reference for the socialist objective condition with Chinese characteristics.Besides,there is relevance between his international trade theory and China's opening to the outside world since1980 s.The balance theory of his national economy was closely applied to the lean enterprise reform in China,just as there are some similarity between Bukharin's urban and rural relation theory and China urban and rural reform.Although the thought of his socialist economic construction made great achievements,it also had its historical limitation inevitably.Some of his understandings may be biased or even wrong,just as some may be right but superficial.The reasons why he had limitations in the process of cognition were that he was influenced by traditional Marxist ideology,which was closely related to the official programs and decisions of Soviet leadershipas well as was subject to the conditions of individual cognition degree.
