In recent years,the annual output value of the construction industry and the number of employees have been increasing year by year.The total output value of the construction industry in 2015 is 1805.577 billion yuan and the number of employees is 50.963 million,which plays an important role in China's national economy.In recent years,with the changes in the labor market,"the development of all the way along the" pattern of development,BIM and other new information technology applications,the strong promotion of assembly-style buildings,various factors to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry is imperative.In the construction of a general contracting company as a typical construction general contracting enterprises.Facing the repositioning of corporate strategy,in the market structure and business model to adjust to adapt to the development and changes in the industry.The above changes make the enterprise labor supply become one of the outstanding problems of enterprise development transformation.This paper explores the direction of improvement of labor service management by studying the labor management of the enterprise at present,with a view to escorting the transformation and development of enterprises and thus enlightenment to other construction enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of improving the labor service management in the construction industry under the background of the transformation of the construction industry through the methods of literature reading,expert interview and questionnaire survey.Then,the paper analyzes the existing problems of the existing labor management And then analyzes the construction of the general contracting enterprises and labor subcontracting enterprises and construction industry value chain,put forward from the labor enterprise and general contracting enterprises constitute the industry value chain to start the improvement of labor management path;then also from the increase in services Management and investment in science and technology,to achieve quantitative management,to build a collaborative management platform and other aspects of the proposed improvement;and then put forward a wealth of employment to meet the business needs;Finally put forward by improving the employment environment to improve the employment conditions of workers and maintenance workers Advice on equity.
