The current era is a new era of knowledge innovation, technological innovation and industrial innovation. Knowledge workers play an increasingly important role in enterprises and regions, and have gradually become an important driving force for faster regional development. Knowledge workers, the core competitiveness of enterprises, have a significant influence on the regional economic restructuring and industrial optimization and upgrading. Since the province was built in 1988, Hainan Province, as China's largest special economic zone, at the same time relying on the international tourism island construction and"one way all the way" background, is responsible for the regional development of the task. Whether business or industry, the demand for knowledge workers is more and more. But because of the uncoordinated development of China's regional economy, Hainan, due to its own geographical environment and the characteristics of economic development, mobility of regional knowledge workers is high , compared to the developed areas of the Mainland, there has been a serious lack of them.The turnover rate of employees in an enterprise is an important indicator of human resources, although a certain employee turnover rate can make the enterprise more dynamic to recruit more capable employees, but the higher turnover rate causes the enterprises' high human capital costs, further reduces the efficiency of the organization's work. Moreover, the number and quality of knowledge workers in an enterprise represent the competitive strength of enterprises, and it is an important indicator to measure the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the study of corporate knowledge workers'turnover tendency is a hot topic, especially for Hainan Province, which is in urgent need for a large number of talents at the moment, directly determines the future development is good or bad. How to control the turnover rate of knowledge workers in a reasonable range, to find out the reasons for the tendency to leave, is the top priority of enterprise human resource management, for regional development and industrial development .In order to solve the serious problem of Hainan Province, the government has also introduced a lot of preferential policies to attract and retain this excellent skills and strength of the staff, the government has give high attention on the introduction and retention of knowledge workers .In the underdeveloped economic of Hainan Province, this employees' turnover tendency research is of great significance.Based on the theory of organization embedded, community embedded and career embedded, the research object of this paper is Hainan province in the economically underdeveloped areas. After reading the relevant domestic and foreign literature, this paper is based on organizational embedding, community embedding and career embedding theory, combined with the characteristics of knowledge workers. Through empirical research, we get the influencing factors of job embedding and occupation embedding on knowledge workers, and calculate the degree of influence. Based on the study of a large number of predecessors, this paper designs the corresponding knowledge workers' turnover tendency questionnaire, and then uses the statistical software to separate the influencing factors (organizational embedding and community embedding and occupational embedding ).The results show that the embedding mechanism in underdeveloped areas is the influence of the turnover of knowledge workers, and all of them have negative effects on knowledge workers. The influence of occupation embedding on knowledge workers in Hainan Province is negative, especially the impact of the role of the professional sacrifice , which shows that in less developed areas of Hainan Province, the choice of the industry is very important for knowledge workers, generally working in a industry for a long time, it is difficult to produce turnover intention, which means that all industries should have the retention of employment mechanism, We should pay attention to these employees and other industry counterparts, customer contact, help future talent to develop targeted policies.
