Work Within The Mediation Utility Research Between Lmx And Turnover Intention

Real economy is the foundation of national economic development, and manufacturing enterprises is an important part of real economy. In recent years, there are many policies made by government to support manufacturing enterprises, especially to support small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. These reflect the voice of real economy revitalization and manufacturing revitalization. High rate of turnover brings lots ofobstacles to the development of manufacturing industry. The research of the factors affecting turnover mostly about job satisfaction and other variables of attitude, in fact the relationship between employees and leadership in the work (LMX) will affect the work enthusiasm, finally affect employees’turnover tendency. So this paper study how LMX effects on turnover tendency, and introduce job embedded ness as the intermediary variable.The purpose of this paper is to verify in SME of manufacturing,LMX affect turnover tendency negatively; discusse the relationship between job embeddedness and turnover tendency; discusse the intermediary role of job embeddedness between LMX and turnover tendency; and provide relevant suggestions for SME of manufacturing. This paper uses questionnaire method, the sample derive from the employee of SME of manufacturing, mainly concentrated in Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Yangzhou, etc.,278valid questionnaires were received. This paper use SPSS16and EXCEL statistical software for sample analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, etc.The conclusion of this paper are:in the SME of manufacturing, LMX has a significant positive effect on job embeddedness; LMX have a significant negative impact on turnover tendency; job embeddedness have a significant negative impact on turnover tendency; job embeddedness play the mediating role between LMX and turnover tendency.
