Research Of Knowledge Sharing Managrment For Embedded Product Develop Ment

With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,embedded products play an increasingly important role in the national economy and development.For enterprises,the market competition environment is becoming more and more fierce.ly,and the speed of product upgrading is getting faster and faster,knowledge sharing management increasingly become the top priority of enterprise survival and development.Therefore,companies engaged in embedded product development must pay attention to the knowledge sharing process in the product development process.Embedded product development is a knowledge-intensive activity,and knowledge sharing in product development is the foundation of product development.If the embedded product development engineer can easily learn from and share the mature development products and technical achievements at the beginning of product design,it will not only reduce the waste of repetitive development,but more importantly,it can quickly realize product delivery and shorten the product development cycle,thus improving the application value of knowledge in product development and the overall improvement of enterprise product development capabilities.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of knowledge sharing at home and abroad,then analyzes embedded products and their knowledge and development process stages,and three types of knowledge of embedded product development proposes,namely product management requirements knowledge and the knoeledge of embedded development technology and project management knoeledge.In addition,it analysis the existence form of knowledge sharement in the embedded product development process,further proposed the research model of knowledge sharing influencing factors.Taking QN Company as a case,through its background introduction,it analyzes its current status and existing problems in embedded product development knowledge sharing from the perspectives of knowledge management,technology platform,organization management and employee awareness.On the basis of the above analysis,the strategies for knowledge sharing of embedded product development are proposed from the organizational,team and individual levels based on culture,knowledge,platform and management.This research attempts to address the status quo of knowledge sharing in specific industries,systematically proposes a knowledge sharing strategy model for embedded product development,hoping to provide guidance in practice,and hoping more knowledge sharing scholars can conduct more in-depth research on knowledge sharing of embedded product development.
