With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of purchasing power,more and more people are able to consume all kinds of products and their material life is increasingly rich.At the same time,it brings the explosive growth of waste products,resulting in a waste of resources and the destruction of the natural environment.The recycling of waste products can solve these two contradictions.As an important form of recycling economy,remanufacturing waste products is an effective way to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly ecological civilization society in china.Remanufacturing is not only in line with the development trend of low carbon and environmental protection,but also recycling the resources.With the government's supporting for the remanufacturing of waste products,spare parts and introducing other related policies,the remanufacturing industry will develop rapidly.Remanufacturing is related to the closed loop supply chain composed of forward logistics and reverse logistics.As the members of the closed-loop supply is in different supply chain links and professional division of labor is different,so all members have private information that other members do not understand and information asymmetry exists.In order to maximize their own interests they decide whether to share private information with others.This paper uses the Stackelberg game theory to study the information sharing problems of closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing,considering a closed-loop supply chain with remanufacturing,among which the retailer is the Stackelberg game leader and the manufacturer is the follower.The effect of the manufacturer's information sharing on the closed-loop supply chain with the retailer's responsibility being recycling is studied.The centralized decision model and decentralized decision model under information sharing and information asymmetry are established.The optimal decision and profit change of retailer and manufacturer are compared and analyzed under the circumstances with information sharing and without information sharing.Finally,a cooperative mechanism is designed to coordinate the closed-loop supply chain to achieve the overall optimization.When the remanufacturing cost information is owned by the manufacturer,the study finds that if the retailer underestimates the remanufacturing cost information,the information sharing damages the profit of manufacturer;if the retailer overestimates the remanufacturing cost,information sharing can improve the profit of the manufacturer;information sharing is always beneficial to the retailer.Finally,the conclusions are demonstrated by a numerical example.This paper enriches and expands the theoretical research results of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain under information asymmetry.
