With the development of the era and the progress of science and technology,electronic products have become an indispensable part of life,they bring a lot of convenience to our daily life.The diversified demand to the product performance has accelerated the development of electronic products,but also brought a large number of waste electronic products.The large number of "e-waste" can cause pollution to the environment for human survival,if recycling,can reduce pollution,and can effectively use these resources.Manufacturing enterprises in addition to production of products,if recycling and utilization of the waste electronic products,manufacturers not only can reduce the cost of production,but also can carry out brand propaganda,improve visibility.Therefore,the research of the closed-loop supply chain with discarded electronic products have vital significance.This paper based on the difference of private information,constructs three decision-making models of closed-loop supply chain with more sales or more recycling channels: manufacturers and retailers joint sales,and entrusted recyclers for recycling;manufacturers and recyclers common recycling and authorized retailers to sell;manufacturers,retailers and recyclers three joint recycling,and commissioned by the retailer for sale.The recyclers or retailers will accept the commission,they are agents and have private information,including the ability to recycling(sell)and the degree of recycling(sell)effort.According to the principal-agent theory and mechanism design theory,contract designed by manufacturer who is the client with information disadvantage,to urge the agent report the true ability,and motivate they try their best effort.In this paper,we consider two circumstances for each model: single information asymmetric of agent's effort level and dual information asymmetric of agent's ability and effort level.According to the different situations,different models established,sets the parameters for the numerical simulation,and analyse the main parameters.Through the comparison and analysis of the calculation results,summed up the following conclusions: with the increase of information asymmetry,the manufacturer as the principal can obtain lower profits,high ability of the agent's effort level and the unit pay unchanged,the profit increased,while the low ability of the agent's effort level and the unit pay are reduced,the profits keep unchanged;With the increase of recycling channels,the total recovery of the closed-loop supply chain and the manufacturer's profit are increased,while the recycler's profits decreased;With the enhancement of environmental awareness of consumers,the recycling quantity,the manufacturer's profit are increasing;along with the increasing of the high ability of the agents,high ability ca n obtain lower profits,while the low ability of the agents' profits remains unchanged,at the same time,manufacturer's profits increased.Therefore,the manufacture as the client to design a contract to identify the agent's private information,according to this way can increase the client's profit,increasing channels can also increase the profits,the two ways in different angle to improve the profits of the closedloop supply chain.
