Research On The Planning Strategy Of Urban Infrastructure Update Of Resource-Exhausted Cities In Light Of Resilient Cities

Our cities in the process of urban development facing the two major problems are rapid urbanization development and resource limitation.These problems not only put forward new challenge to the current urban infrastructure construction,but also has brought enormous opportunities for development.This paper focuses on the resource-exhausted cities in China under these backgrounds,to explore how our cities transform from gray infrastructure update to collaborative and ecological landscape infrastructure.This paper doing the research by adopting the combination of theoretical thinking and practical research methods,through data analysis and case study,judge the adequacy of the validity of the resilient city theory in our country;Build resilient city thinking to re-understand ours cities.Explore the wonderful vision of resource-exhausted cities,landscape infrastructure transformation ways and practice of innovation;Thinking under the resilience perspective resource-exhausted city landscape infrastructure renewal strategy.Firstly,this paper carry on specificity challenges of the resource-exhausted cities in China,then concluded the significance and necessity of transition resource-exhausted cities in our country.Under the important of urban infrastructure background.Then the urban infrastructure on the importance of transformation of resource-exhausted cities to demand and status quo of urban infrastructure update problem.Focus on the process of resource-exhausted cities' transformation;summarize the claims and current situation.Following,make clear the necessity of combined infrastructure with landscape,then discuss the contents,characteristics and goals of landscape infrastructure.Moreover,summary of characteristics of demands,different types and various types of landscape infrastructure demands which from the "grey" infrastructure to landscape infrastructure.All above could provide foundation and basis to guide the planning strategy of landscape infrastructure of resource-exhausted cities.The second part is the core part of the thesis.At first,introduces the theory about resilient city and constructed with resilience thinking.Then summaries the enlighten to urban infrastructure planning concept in our own country combined with urban resilience master planning in developing country,working out the potential of resilience thinking combined with landscape infrastructure.In view of landscape infrastructure planning path under the resilience perspective,detailed interpretation of guiding ideology and strategy of the landscape infrastructure in five fields: land discarded by factories and mines,metabolism flow,mine parks and natural patches in the city.The third part is the applied research part of the paper,taking the urban design in Huangshi City,Hubei Province as an example.Based on comprehensive analysis of the present situation and the existing problems,detailed interpretation in four aspects: the land discarded by factories and mines,urban water system,brownfields mining parks and urban streets.
